Mr. Pascal Ononugbo

GIZ

Mr. Pascal Ononugbo is an International Development, Trade Promotion and Private Sector support professional. He currently works for the German Agency for Development Cooperation (GIZ) as a Regional Advisor for the ECOWAS Agricultural Trade (EAT) Programme, which is funded by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Having previously worked at NIRSAL Plc, Nigeria’s premier agricultural de-risking entity, Mr. Ononugbo has a decade of professional experience which transcends International Cooperation into core development finance and bottom of the pyramid interventions, with a special focus on youth and women. Mr. Ononugbo’s current areas of expertise in the context of regional trade include: MSME Diagnostics and Management, Access to Finance, Access to Markets and Investments, and BSO/CCI coordination.
