Ms. Adenike Adeyemi is a social innovator with over 23 years of experience leading large-scale impact programs. As Executive Director of FATE Foundation, Nigeria’s leading business incubator, she has driven initiatives that equip entrepreneurs with skills, mentorship, funding, and market access. Her leadership has helped the foundation reach over 1 million people across Africa and support small businesses with over $2 million in funding. Ms. Adenike is a 2021 Eisenhower Fellow and a 2023 Google.org Global Non-Profit Leader to Watch. She has led major digital projects such as msmehub.org and is currently focused on using AI to empower 5 million entrepreneurs by 2030. Her expertise is reflected in contributions to key reports, including The State of Entrepreneurship in Nigeria and Brookings’ Foresight Africa 2024. She also plays a key role in shaping MSME policy in Nigeria as Chairman of the Committee on Improving Business Environment under the National MSME Council. Ms. Adenike serves on several local and international boards, is a Senior Fellow at the Lagos Business School, and holds degrees from Seton Hall University and the University of Ibadan.
