Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Specialist

Mr. Shokunbi Olumuyiwa is a certified Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Specialist with over 20 years of experience in regional infrastructure development across ECOWAS. He is bilingual in English and French and skilled in programme design, budgeting, resource mobilization, and the promotion of PPP-based investment models. He has led and contributed to major regional initiatives, including the Amílcar Cabral Submarine Cable Project, the ECOWAS Regional Infrastructure Master Plan, and the West African Power Pool (WAPP). His work has supported stronger regional connectivity in digital communications, transport, and energy systems. Mr. Shokunbi is recognized for fostering collaboration between governments, regional institutions, and development partners. He continues to champion sustainable infrastructure solutions and innovative financing approaches that advance economic integration and development across West Africa.
